Refund & Return Policy

At Zuruya, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality fashion accessories exactly as ordered. However, due to the nature of our business, where we source products from different manufacturers, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Item Delivered

The product you received is not the same as what you ordered, in terms of:

Color

Size

Design or product type

2. Damaged Item on Arrival

The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.


In these cases, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos showing the issue.

Conditions for Non-Eligibility

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

The product received is exactly what you ordered (correct color, size, and type), and not damaged upon arrival.

The product has been used, worn, washed, scratched, or damaged by the customer.

The label or tag has been removed.

You failed to notify us about the issue within the return window (3 days after delivery).

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing any refund. If we determine the product was worn or altered after delivery, your refund request will be declined.

Return Process

1. Contact us via email at support@zuruya.com or through our customer service page within 3 days of receiving the item.

2. Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

3. If your return is approved, we will share return instructions.

4. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
